Information for visitors

Visiting hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. However, we ask that you be considerate of nursing staff and physiotherapy appointments.

Please note that for security reasons, we close all entrances at 8:00 p.m.

Animals are not allowed in the clinic. not Please leave your dog outside. Guide dogs and assistance dogs are an exception. They are allowed to accompany their owner in the entrance and cafeteria areas and, upon request, in designated rooms. Please inform the patient administration department before entering the hospital.

Our catering

A healthy, tasty, and varied diet is an important part of well-being. Our first-class kitchen spoils you every day with exquisite menus of freshly prepared dishes. We pay attention to regionality, balance, seasonal events, and diversity. Let yourself be surprised by the creations of our head chef. If you want or need to follow a specific diet, our kitchen team will be happy to take care of it with the utmost care.

You can choose whether you would prefer to have your meal in your room or in the Panorama Restaurant. Your visitors are also always welcome in the restaurant. Enjoy a refined atmosphere and a wonderful view of the rolling hills of the Appenzell region. Let our chef surprise you with her creations.
