Information for Visitors

Visiting hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. However, we ask that you be considerate of nursing care and physical therapy appointments.

Please note that for safety reasons, we close all entrances at 8:00 p.m.

Pets are allowed in the clinic not Dogs are not permitted inside. Please have your dog wait outside. Guide dogs and service dogs are an exception. They are allowed to accompany their handler in the entrance and cafeteria areas and, upon consultation, in designated rooms. Please inform Patient Administration before entering the hospital.

You can choose whether you’d prefer to have your meal in your room or in the Panorama Restaurant. Your visitors are also always welcome in the restaurant. Enjoy a refined atmosphere and a wonderful view of the rolling hills of the Appenzell region. Let our head chef’s creations surprise you.
